FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You are based in Devon, would you travel?"
Absolutely! Quite a lot of my weddings have been outside Devon. I would even get on a plane if you needed me to!
  • What time do you stay until?
Every wedding is different and it depends on what package you purchase. I want to ensure I’m there to capture everything, I need to tell the full story. I arrive early to capture the bridal and grooms preparation all the way up until the dancing in the evening.
  • When will the images be ready?
I like to get them back to you as soon a possible. This is normally between 4-6 weeks.
  • Do you need feeding?
I don’t expect it, but I would really appreciate a hot meal. However I can appreciate weddings can be expensive so I can bring my own food.
  • Are you insured?
I have full, professional insurance to cover every aspect of my wedding photography services.
  • How many photos will we receive?
It all depends on what package you purchase, But you will roughly receive 350+ edited photos.
  • What happens if you are ill on the day?
Unless I am on my death bed I will show up. I am fit and healthy and yet to miss a wedding (touch wood). I am a member of several photography groups with over 2,000 professional photographers, so there will be someone who can step in.
  • Can we book an engagement shoot?
Yes, of course. They’re great fun and a great way to get used to the camera and to get to know each other better.
  • Do you do group shots?
I do. I like to get these out of the way as quickly as possible so you can cary on enjoying the day. But I feel these shots are important and will appreciated in years down the line.
  • Can you produce a wedding album for us, and do we have to order these before the day?"
Yes I can. These can be purchased before or after the wedding.
  • Can you photograph both the bride and groom preparations?
I can indeed. As long as you are no more than a 30 minute drive from one another. Most of the preparation time is usually spent with the bride, as I like to be at the ceremony 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony so I can capture the guests arriving
